Nhạc Tình AI ("the app", "we", "us") is an Android and iOS app for browsing and playing Vietnamese music videos. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the app, how it's used, and the choices you have. It applies to both platform versions of the app; anywhere a practice is specific to one platform, that's called out explicitly.
The app does not require you to create an account and does not collect your name, address, or other information you'd type in yourself — there's nowhere in the app to enter that. The data described below is collected automatically, mainly by the third-party services the app relies on.
The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. To do this, AdMob's SDK automatically collects and processes:

On iOS, the app also shows Apple's own system App Tracking Transparency prompt the first time it needs to request permission to use your device's advertising identifier for ad personalization. This is separate from, and required in addition to, the EEA/UK/Switzerland consent form described under "Your Privacy Choices" below — it applies everywhere, not just those regions. Android has no equivalent system-level prompt.
The app subscribes every install to a single shared notification topic (not tied to your identity) so we can alert you to new videos or blog posts. This uses a device-level messaging token managed by Firebase Cloud Messaging; we don't see or store any personal information through this feature. Videos in the app are played back through Google's official YouTube IFrame Player, embedded in a native view. When you play a video, YouTube/Google may collect data about that playback under their own terms: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms and https://policies.google.com/privacy
We do not run our own analytics, do not require sign-in, do not process payments or in-app purchases, and do not store any personal profile about you on our own servers.
Nhạc Tình AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us at the email below and we'll address it.
We don't hold a database of personal user data ourselves — most data described above is collected and retained directly by Google (AdMob/Firebase/YouTube) under their own retention policies. Any local data (like playback state) stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
We may update this policy as the app changes. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
